Local Investor Acquires South Tower Road Multi-Tenant Retail Space
On May 1st, 2017, The Tower Pavilion Multi-Tenant Retail Property located at 3571 South Tower Road was purchased for $4.4 million. The 11,029 foot property was 100% occupied at the time of purchase, and includes a Sport Clips Barbershop, Jersey Mike’s Subs Shop, and a European Wax Center. Tucker Manion and Alan Bruno of CentrePoint Properties represented the buyer, DLB Properties, LLC, in the transaction. CentrePoint will also oversee management duties for the property moving forward. The seller was represented by John Propp of the John Propp Commercial Group, and financing was provided by the Bank of Colorado.
