Tucker Manion is President and Founder of CentrePoint Properties. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Accounting from Fordham University in Bronx, New York. Tucker worked in New York City for Credit Suisse, JPMorgan Investment Bank, and Fortress Investments where he honed his skills in commercial real estate valuation, asset management, and commercial debt originations.
A native Coloradoan, Tucker moved back to Denver in 2008 to establish a business focused on acquiring and operating commercial real estate investments with a strategic vision that delivers long-term value creation and stability. Tucker currently oversees CentrePoint’s strategies for acquisitions and developments.
Alan Bruno is Vice President and Managing Partner of CentrePoint Properties. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a focus in Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Alan began his career with Vail Resorts as a property manager and has 10+ years of experience with asset management, commercial leasing and property acquisitions.
Alan joined CentrePoint in 2010 and currently oversees property operations, asset management, and acquisition due diligence.
Ryan Smith joined CentrePoint Properties in 2015 and serves as the Director of Operations. Tasked with driving efficiencies, Ryan has overhauled and implemented CentrePoint’s property management and business operations software suites. He is heavily involved in property management and oversees financial reporting, accounting, and special projects.
Tyler Hendrickson grew up in MN and graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2012, obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Finance, in addition to developing a passion for commercial real estate and learning Argus during his time in college. Following graduation, he moved to Denver.
Tyler began his commercial real estate career in Denver with Marcus & Millichap in 2012 as a financial analyst, focusing on the investment sale of office, retail, and industrial throughout the front range. In 2015, Tyler transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield, where he continued in his role as an analyst. Throughout his 9-year tenure on the brokerage side, Tyler was directly involved in over 60 commercial transactions of all sizes, types, and complexities, with an aggregate value in excess of $3B. In addition, in that 9-year timeframe, Tyler played a significant role in the professional growth of the brokerage team, starting his career with a team of two, which had grown to seven prior to his departure.
Tyler joined CentrePoint Properties in 2021 and focuses on new commercial acquisitions, in addition to asset management, leveraging the robust skillset and market knowledge he developed during his career on the brokerage side.
Heather Leitch joined CentrePoint in 2021 as a Senior Property Manager. Heather was born and raised in Denver and graduated from Regis University in Denver, with an Undergrad Degree in Organization Development, and an MBA in International Business. Heather worked in Denver for Wells Fargo Business Credit Wholesale Special Finance Division, & South Florida with Bibby Financial as Director of Operations. Her path in real estate began as a Property Manager in Commercial Real Estate in 2014.
Hayley Baker joined CentrePoint in 2022 as an Accountant. Hayley was born and raised in Colorado and attended Regis University where she studied Communications and Business Administration. Hayley has held many different roles in accounting over the past 17 years, from Tax Accountant, Staff Accountant, to Assistant Controller. These different roles have given her an opportunity to become familiar with various industries including oil and gas, event planning, gaming and more.
Samantha Martinez joined CentrePoint in 2019 and is involved in administrative and operational tasks, property management, coordination of tenant build outs, and building improvement projects. Samantha moved to Colorado in 2016 after graduating with a degree in Event Management Hospitality from the University of Central Florida. Prior to joining CentrePoint, she began her career in property management with Destination Resorts Vail.
After completing his BSBA in Real Estate from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business (’09), Noah went on to tour the world as a drummer in the Denver-based rock-n-roll band, The Yawpers. His travels connected him the countless people around the globe, but re-inspired him to consider the impact of the built environment and how it shapes the human experience. Since exiting the professional music industry he has participated in continuing education at DU, joined the CCIM, and completed his Argus Certification.
